The Border Security Force (BSF) has opened the application process for Constable (General Duty) posts under the sports quota. This recruitment drive brings a great opportunity for sports-minded candidates, offering them not only a government job but also the honor of serving the nation.

Qualifications
For this position, candidates must have passed 10th grade from a recognized board. Furthermore, they must have represented the country or won a medal in an international sporting event recognized by the International Olympic Committee within the last two years. This means this recruitment is specifically for athletes who have brought glory to the country at the national or international level.
What is the age limit?
Applying candidates must be at least 18 years old and at least 23 years old. However, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per government regulations. SC/ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, while OBC candidates will receive a 3-year relaxation.
Salary Requirements?
Candidates selected for the position of Constable (GD) will receive an excellent salary package. They will be paid between ₹21,700 and ₹69,100 per month. Other allowances and benefits will also be provided as per central government regulations.
Application Fee
Candidates will also need to pay an application fee. The fee for male candidates in the General and OBC categories is ₹159. However, the application fee is free for SC, ST, and female candidates.
