IBPS has released recruitment for a total of 13,217 posts of Officer Scale and Office Assistant in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The application process for these posts has started.
There is great news for the youth looking for a government job. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released bumper recruitments in Regional Rural Banks i.e. RRBs.
A total of 13,217 posts of Officer Scale and Office Assistant will be filled through this recruitment. The application process has started, and interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of IBPS www.ibps.in. IBPS has made it clear that the last date for application for RRB PO and Clerk 2025 recruitment has been fixed as 21 September 2025.
This time, the maximum vacancies are for Office Assistant (Multipurpose). There are about eight thousand posts in this category. There are about four thousand posts for Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager). At the same time, recruitment will also be done on various specialized posts like General Banking Officer, IT Officer, Chartered Accountant, Law Officer, Treasurer, Marketing Officer, and Agriculture Officer in Officer Scale-II and Scale-III. By adding all these, there will be appointments on a total of 13,217 appointments.
For Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I, it is necessary to have a graduation degree from a recognized university. To apply for the posts of Officer Scale-II, one should have graduation or post-graduation with minimum 50 percent marks. LLB degree is necessary for Law Officer. Similarly, there are different qualifications for other posts.
The minimum age for the post of Office Assistant has been fixed at 18 years and maximum at 28 years. For Officer Scale-I, the age should be between 18 to 30 years. The age limit for other posts is as per government rules.
General category candidates will have to deposit Rs 850 as application fee. Whereas for SC, ST and PWD category candidates, the fee has been kept at only Rs 175. This fee can be deposited only through online mode.
The process of applying is completely online. First of all, the candidates have to visit the official website of IBPS www.ibps.in. After clicking on the link given on the homepage, the application form will open. If you are applying for the first time, then first you have to register and generate login ID and password. After this, the application can be completed by filling the required details, uploading documents and depositing the fee.
